Plain English: we keep the least we can, we never sell your details, and you can leave with one click.

What we store

• Your email address — to send your alerts and, if you pay, to match your subscription.
• Your saved searches — the feeds, keywords, regions, category codes, minimum value and how often you want email. That is what we filter notices with.
• When you confirmed your address, and the IP address you confirmed from — the law (the Spam Act 2003) requires us to be able to show that you opted in. We do not track you anywhere else.
• Your plan and Stripe customer and subscription ids — so we know which emails you are entitled to.
• Which notices we have already emailed you — so you never get the same one twice.

Sign-in and confirmation links are one-time and we store only a scrambled (hashed) copy, so a copy of our database cannot be used to sign in as you. We do not use passwords, cookies for advertising, or third-party analytics.

What we do with it

• We email you the notices your saved searches match, and nothing else except messages about your own account.
• Emails are delivered by Resend, who process your address to send them for us.
• Payments, receipts and tax are handled by Stripe (Managed Payments, sold through Link). They handle your card details — we never see them.
• We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your account is open. Delete your account, or ask us to, and we remove your email, saved searches and sign-in history. Records of a payment may be kept longer where tax law requires it.

Leaving

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. It takes effect immediately. You can also reply to any email and ask us to delete everything.
