Who we are

Tender Alerts is run by an Australian sole trader, ABN 36 992 318 416. Contact: hello@tenderalerts.au.

What you get

• A free plan: one saved search, up to three keywords, a weekly email.
• A paid plan: more saved searches and keywords, and daily email if you want it. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Alerts are built from official government data: AusTender (licensed CC BY 3.0 AU) and UK Find a Tender (Open Government Licence v3).

What we cannot promise

We pass on what the government publishes, as it publishes it. Notices can be late, changed, withdrawn or wrong, and a feed can be down for a day. Always check the official notice before you act on it. Alerts are information, not legal, financial or bidding advice, and we are not responsible for decisions you make from them.

Price, renewals and cancelling

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (Managed Payments, sold through Link) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds are handled case by case; ask us and we will be reasonable.

Fair use

Use your alerts for your own business. Do not resell them, share your sign-in links, or try to break or overload the service.

Ending it

You can unsubscribe with one click in any email and ask us to delete your data at any time. We can close an account that abuses the service.
